Hurricanes played 'hang around and wait' again this year. same results as last year!

yeah, the management of the Hurricanes sucks. they did ok with the
strategy of 'wait around and wait' to pick up some free agents 2 years
ago.

the other teams in the NHL have caught on to them though, and when the
Hurricanes went to pick up some free agents last year and this year
they drew back a nub.

about time for the Hurricanes to either 1) go ahead and get a solid
crew for a whole year - Stanley Cup capable from jump street or 2) for
Karmanos to sell out - again. That is all Karmanos is anyway... a
sellout.
